Fusers on that machine are rated for 300K.
But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.

The fuser is the usual cause for wrinkling, but I've seen another cause on the Saturn series that may apply to your situation.

I've got a real estate office that was printing hundreds of pages of labels from tray #1. Miraculously, they managed to remove the various peeled-off labels without damaging the primary transfer belt or the plastic guides. There was a lot of adhesive on the pre-registration guides and registration roller. The pre-registration mylar on the door side was wrinkled pretty badly at the machine rear. And the pre-registration mylar below the registration roller was flipped under the roller. The end result was extensive wrinkling at the registration roller, before imaging. So if you pull open the wrinkles there is no image inside. Wrinkles from the fuser will have image inside the wrinkles. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
