    Dual Fax for Taskalfa

    Hi Experts,

    Need help on the dual fax issue. I have install dual fax kit in the MFP, Can anyone teach me how do I send fax using line 2. Is there a steps or icon in the control panel or setting need to be done?

      I don't have any of these in the field, but my understanding is that you only transmit on line 1, but can receive on line 1 and line 2 simultaneously. Does anyone know differently?
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          When setting a default reception port through the command center, the other defaults to the transmission port.
          Hope that helps !

                  Thanks for the feedback,
                  Does this mean I'm unable to send fax using Line 2?
                  Or when you send fax, the machine will automactically see if line 1 is busy receiving, it will use line 2?

                      That I'm not really sure about. I just set up the normal "published" fax number as the reception line & the "unknown" line as the sending line.
