Have you tried re-loading the firmware?
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        Hi,
Had a KM copier doing the same sort of thing. I done a U906 just for the sake of it and that got rid of it and has been ok for more than 6months now. hope this helps.

please ignore this as it appear this model does not have the option for U906..

Hi, Format a usb stick on your pc then load firmware onto that. turn m/c off plug the stick into the usb slot at the front open the front cover and turn on m/c. let it run until completed is displayed and turn m/c off remove stick and turn back on and that is it. print out a status page before doing firmware and then after to see if it has changed. it may not have changed depending on version available but at least you have refreshed it.

                  hope this helps.
