[CQ] FIXING PROBLEM OF TA 250 Ci

    hI
MY TA 250 CI has an issue of fixing while printing on card of 250 gsm, I selected thick media. Replaced with about 5 fuser units, replaced power supply board. still problem persisting.
While printing black or eco mode there is no confusion, while printing full colour, it is bringing bubbles and if wiped the toner will goes.

What happens if you use the setting for 'vellum' or transparancy or even coated? Are you using the MP tray?
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.

Have you read the specs? The MP tray is good up to 67#bond or 220gsm. The paper trays are good up to 43#bond or 163gsm.
You're way outside machine specs. It must be a printer. They always want to print onto plywood. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        Correct me if I'm wrong.
By default, machine media "Thick" is Heavy 2
You can change the "Thick" or use "Custom" to set it as Heavy 3 or Extra Heavy.
But no promise on the output result.

thanks to all, b4 the machine was printing on thick media/mode without any issue, until it reaches a life of about 100K copies.

Printing 250 grams paper can be possible for a while, but your still out of specs.

I'm surprised you got 100K out of it before that out of spec paper (or more appropriately, cardboard) damaged the consumable parts enough to cause problems. Don't let salespeople write checks that the technician's ass can't cash...
But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.

I wish I had a dime for every time someone told me: " ... well it used to print on that with no problem!"

You should treat paper specs exactly the way you treat monthly volume specs. Extremely optimistic at best.
When asked about monthly volumes I take manufactures specs and divide by 2. =^..^=

I have had similar problem with ta 250 ci with fusing issues when copying full bleed but fine when copying b/w. I tried my own paper instead of customers and worked fine. Possible check with different brand of paper.
