What can I do to fix the black coming out gray in color mode and the blue coming out pink? B/W looks fine. I tried all the adjustments in the menus. Thanks for any help.

If you look under the color tab on the copy screen there's an option that allows you to make copies with individual colors and primaries; Cyan, MAgenta, Yellow, Blue, Red, and Green.
Try that for each color and see if any give you a problem. Then check the appropriate dev unit. -

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
