    this machine will soil the backside of the copy 2-3 inches into paper path with UNFUSED toner. the front of the copy looks fine. generally only happens on the first copy of a run. pressure roller cleaning roller is making contact and turning correctly. machine is not giving any fuser errors. any ideas??

    One word for you......UPGRADE.. All the 3010/2310's I've seen do that. Talking with other mita techs and support there isn't much of a fix for it. That's what you get for an upside down process..Sorry.

      wents the last time you replaced Dev in machine
      also are you using oem supplies?

        Hi!
        I have seen this problem on many of these machines.The other reply was right about changing the dev.but make sure the tranfer roller is clean as well as the bushiings it rides on. Sometimes just replacing the transfer roller took care of it. Good luck!

          I Agree With The Transfer Roller Assm. Replace It. If You Want To Check To See If This Is It, Vaccum Out Built Up Toner Under Roller In Housing. Then Take A Tooth Brush And Brush It In 1 Direction Only. You Should See The Grain Of The Foam Come Back And The Roller Changing To A Lighter Gray Color.
