Hi Guys !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've a TaskAlfa 300i () with the image problem (see attachment ) .

I've changed the fuser roller but without solving the problem .

We had a 3060 doing the same thing. What the issue was that we had non OEM toner in the machine. A new developer and OEM toner fixed the problem.

What is the interval between repeating images? =^..^=

Try running 11x17 and get to stop just as it starts out of fuser. Looks like drum/ cl. blade to me.

As blackcatt rightly put it check the interval btwn the repeating images,that way u can figure out if it's from drum or fuser unit,you might need to check if the fuser rollers are sitting correctly as well.Generic toner could also do that but less likely,but wrong toner can do that because of differences in fusing temperatures.Hope this might help.

Check your fuser temp setting , they may be too low for the type of paper being used.

Interval is 93-94 mm . Fuser and drum have the same
circumference !!!!

IS the fuser dirty or blackened around the same area the image problem is? If not, replace the drum.

Measure again. The drum is 95.5mm and the fuser is 98.5mm. Neither is 93-94mm. =^..^=
