I think the first place I would start would be to examine the operation panel. There is a key sequence, if held down during initialization, will enter the supervisor mode. It could be caused by foreign matter under a couple of the plastic keys, broken buttons, worn out or damaged keyswitches, or a damaged operation panel PWB. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Actually, I'm surprised that with the control panel. For it is almost never used because the expression is controlled by the PC. Do you think I should remove the panel field and undergo a cleaning anyway?

Would like to try first before I fall apart demolish everything to merge the current firmware. Who can send these to me via email? As a private user, I'm not a login code on the support / download page Kyocera, especially for Firmware and more.
