    Light bands on edges of color prints. Internal printouts are good.
    Did Drum and Developer refresh - - no help.

      What's the internal test page look like ? Is it copies or prints ?

          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              The Blow Off only works to recover the belt reflectivity for registration. For light solids, take the DV units out & cover the toner ports & shake. If they overtone, run single color skyshots of the overtoned color.

                  Whats this "blow off" you speak of? We have 3 of these machines we have been unable to repair thanks to shocking registration issues!

                      The belt gets ozone build up & turns white. The registration sensor can't read the patches & the registration keeps getting pushed farther off. I use this product to clean the belt. It's pretty harsh, you can also use simple green, but it takes a lot more scrubbing. After cleaning (or replacing) the belt, run the special registration firmware per the bulletin.

                          Simple green is the best cleaner for rollers and tires.
