    TA620 adding toner none stop.

    The machine also says check toner cartridge. (not my actual call so i dont know the detail)

    We are thinking along the line of toner sensor, toner supply motor, or DV? KDA has a 6030 case where the toner supply drive was replaced.

    Has anyone else encountered one? what was the solution if you could kindly share?

          I had a brand new CS-8030 that would not add toner right out of the box. There was a deformation of the "D" shaped bore in the toner cartridge drive coupler. With the right side cover off, I could easily observe what was happening. The coupler would not spring back because it was too tight on the "D" shaft. Ten minutes with my jewelers files fixed that. I opened up the bore just enough to let it slide on the shaft. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              I would try replacing developer unit 1st.

                  Check toner sensor with simulation.if sensor is reading ok, then
                  Vacuum and clean the DV unit, then run DV set up again.

                      The toner drive gear on this model has a one way bearing that will strip, causing the machine to constantly run searching for toner. I've had to replace the toner drive pack many times
