    What Screwdriver Are You Using?

Just for discussions sake, what is everybody's go to screwdriver? I carried the long bladed Snap-On ratcheting for years, but I've recently swapped to Wiha and I'm VERY happy with those. Just needs knurling on the blade like Vessel does....

So what are you guys carrying?

See pic. Panasonic EY7410 3.6-Volt Lithium-Ion. Light balanced. Battery lasts weeks! Adjustable torque. Put a dewalt magnetic bit holder on it and #2 phillip bit. To many screws on these digital machines to be turning screws by hand!

Nothing special here. just hate rubber grips because they snag in back pocket.

I'm using a Snap-On ratcheting for more than a year and I'm happy with it, I have lost it and recovered it shortly a few times, felt like loosing your wallet

That, Knipex pliers and Klein screwdrivers. I'm luckier than most though on selection, we recently got a wholesale supplier out here. Even though my boss doesn't like my "bringing tools to work" but. . . . have to have good tools.

Schroder 47473 re-badged as Craftsman. It's weighted heavier than most, so you get a lot of rotational momentum when spinning out screws. I'll probably jinx myself for saying it, but I've been using this same screwdriver for 15+ years:

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I'm a Wiha man as well, until I got some taken one by one in my previous places. Got left with only #40 #50 Philips from precision set..but soon be looking for electric drive as my tennis wrist & elbow is kicking in more often. Currently my main drive is:
                        200mm Snap On solid...
                        Stumpy..#2 Philips

Backup 75 pence Philips to use mainly the polyamide handle wrapped in duster cloth to scrape soak rollers.

For the sake of having conversation about drives I'm thankful as I was looking for electrical and the Pana seems like a reasonable option!

What ever bent, mangled and worn out driver that's left in my workshop after those thieving bastards of IT techs have "borrowed" the good ones without asking.
At least 50% of IT is a solution looking for a problem.

Hitachi model DB 3DL2 ... Comes with 2 batteries , adj torque setting , 2 speed 260/780 and the best part, rocker switch. At this point, can't live without it.
