    imagistics IM3510

    I have a imagistics Im3510 with error code L4-02. I checked the drum motor and after running a few seconds,it goes back to the code. any help?

    Have you check the pawls in the fuser unit are not digging into the LFR as they are both driven off the same motor also it could be the bearing on the dev unit that has become sticky.

      Look into high voltage related leaks, specifically the high voltage cable that runs through the main drive pack to provide the primary charge. The main drive pack can cause it also.

      Since the cable is considered part of the main drive pack assembly, you cover both possibilities by replacing the main drive assembly. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
