Smear\skip (skinny letters) vertically 12.5 from LE. Have installed zebra kit and thoroughly inspected fuser and exit transports. Watched with intlk cheated and cannot see anything abnormal. Anyone have experience with this?

So, it's leaving a black smear/line where the page stalls for a split-second?
Have you cleaned the registration rollers? Also, is the white pressure roller above the reg rollers cracked? I've seen that cause issues but only on the higher speed 45 and 60 ppm machines but it could still be a good thing to check.Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you.

I just upgraded my home PC to W8 so I would know what I am doing and now my DP-190 is dysfunctional so I can no longer scan. I am going back to see what I can figure out. Thanks for the replies.Comment

My Bad, I apparently used a defective copy and not the test original when I tested scan on glass to eliminate the ADF and customer does not print at all to the machine. The problem was in the adf with legal originals only.Comment
