C4502 fuser sleeve only?

Is there a place to purchase just the sleeve and not the entire sleeve assembly?

Seems such a waste to toss that entire assembly went all you need is a simple sleeve

Yes I know about precision roller but I do not see just the sleeve itself without purchasing the entire sleeve assembly

you can only get the upper fusing sleeve with the heat element included.

Ricoh does not sell just the film sleeve because it is too easily damaged. Also, you do not want to try and disassemble the unit to change the film. I had to one time because a junior tech, who no longer works for us, ordered the 220 Volt version instead of the 160 volt one. The customer wanted the machine up. Had to swap the film from the new unit to the old unit. Disassembly wasn't bad. Reassembly without a fixture to hold everything in alignment was a nightmare.

Ricoh does not sell just the film sleeve because it is too easily damaged. Also, you do not want to try and disassemble the unit to change the film. I had to one time because a junior tech, who no longer works for us, ordered the 220 Volt version instead of the 160 volt one. The customer wanted the machine up. Had to swap the film from the new unit to the old unit. Disassembly wasn't bad. Reassembly without a fixture to hold everything in alignment was a nightmare.

We have a 220v 02 or 03 series fusing sleeve around here because of someones whoopsie.

If you are finding the sleeve not reaching it's life, make sure the firmware is up to date, and also replace the stripper plate.

It would be nice to have a seperate sleeve part, but remember, this is the new Ricoh.

It is a huge waste, maybe Ricoh, who claims to be so eco friendly, thinks people will tear them down and recycle the metal. I don't know.

I hate sleeve fusers, feel like they are all made out of recycled but light cans.

Tried it didn't rotate properly caused more problems than its worth not to mention the fact it takes up 1 hr more to fit the the assy
