It was on the fuser itself

was this pinch in the wiring on the fuser or at the back where the fuser plugs in to the copier

power supply.. not sure which one yet as I swapped out all three from a used machine .. will post details once we figure it out

i have the same problem , the drawer open fuser pinched wire did not get it to come to ready, which a/c board is it? you replaced to fix it?

there are two dc power supplies and one ac. not much on the board just a few small black relays

there are two dc power supplies and one ac. not much on the board just a few small black relays

For 670 if you have mailbox you must update the firmware also (mailbox-ontario-d)
search in the attachement for 670 you will find it

Sc670 caused by worn bypass harness also takes down paper feed pcb replace both old firm ware also sc670

Believe this or not!
they send the wrong power cable with the machine!
its the same on the machine end but different on the plug end, what a bunch of cow manure,
we were plugging it into a dedicated 120 and its 240, but the plug that came with the machine was a dedicated 120 plug cord, so what are we to think?
come to find out its the power cord.... just an FYI these machines were new to us and the Power cord that comes with the machine you would think is the one for the machine!!!!!!

so replaced op panel and usb cable again recommended by Ricoh tech support. turned on machine and waited ... 4 minutes later SC670-00. does Ricoh have a dart board repair method when you call them for help? I can guess at shit too!
I'm gonna do nvram and system memory next.

Can you give me a way to resolve this error?

If you read through the threat, you'll see that in this case the tech replaced the power supply.
