You can't do much more, maybe testing other paper brands or installing the modified claws and springs from the A2035 series.

Are you sure the problem is with the fuser? How far along are the drum, blade and charge roller? Have you tried stopping the copy before being fused to see if the marks are there already?
the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.

Is this line a physical modification of the toner that was put on the paper, or does it appear as a very faint streak from the leading edge to the trailing edge of the paper? Also, is this customer using genuine or compatible toner?

Have you replaced the pressure roller? Cleaning roller? Thermistors? Are both lamps good? Has the fusing temperature been adjusted?

No - I think this effect may vary with differents sorts of paper. Like I said you can also try to install the modified srippers (with the new springs) for the A2045 series.

This does sound very much like non OEM toner to me. Plus if the fuser cleaning roller is toned up then you get no hot roller cleaning and the paper sticks to the roller and scrapes up the stripper fingers smearing the toner on the page, you can also sometimes hear a clicking sound as the stripper fingers leave the surface of the hot roller and then snap back to position. In short, never use non OEM toner.

Is the copy over toned, because sometimes it causes this effect. Also check for damp paper, try replacing it.

Make sure the pressure roller was/is replaced as well. I have seen this occasionally when the pressure roller is just short of developing flat spots. The nip band gets too wide, causing the paper to stay in contact with the hot roller too long, and also causing extra paper curl.
