Mpc2050 j240 ??

Anyone seen a jam j240? Tried a new fuser and still jams at exit.

Gooses guide says
JAM CODE 240 finisher entrance sensor does not turn on update finisher fw to 0.40:10 or higher
JAM CODE 240 finisher entrance sensor does not turn on replace entrance sensor
