Mpc4502 transfer separation clips breaking

Have a client that just had both clips that hold transfer roller unit in place break. Any idea why this would happen?

also anyone have a part number for them?

Nope, these are the grey arms that hold the entire assembly onto the right door at the to of the assembly

You work on tons of Ricohs, and know EXACTLY what you need . Why don't you look it up?

in a pinch I have used a molded paperclip to secure the ptr in place with no problems. D1446316

I had a machine where that was the only solution short of replacing the entire assembly. If I ordered the actual clip and replaced it, as soon as you closed the door and opened it, the new clip was broken.

The clip will break if the tops of the 2 black guides that locate the PTR assy are broken. ( just under fuser)

Take them off if they are broken its usually the front one and it will work fine without
