Don't go by my handle either, to me I am this tech, and someone else is another tech.

Pulled exit assembly and lubed and replaced fuser and same result. Sounds like it is scraping as it leaves fuser:

OK it ended up being the transfer separation roller assembly. The clip on the left side was cracked and allowing the transfer separation to not be where it supposed to be . A little packing tape put it back where it should be and then it quit doing it ! With us I will be trying to order a new clip for the transfer separation

New clip, new transfer roller assembly and no more wrinkles! Still get a scraping sound when paper goes through though and have not figured that one out yet.

Wrinkles came back. Noticed that the little metal tangs on the transfer roller were sticking up and scraping the paper. Pushed back down and a few copies later same thing. Took the two springs (op and non op side) of the transfer roller and taped the assembly down and it started working fine! Seems something that is supposed to pushed that assembly down and away from the paper is not working. So now I am on the hunt for this!

There is a bulletin about the tines on the ptr. They stick out after a jam removal. Replace the PTR. If possible, use a scale to accurately measure both sides of the lead edge to see if the paper is skewed before entering the fuser.

The shape of the PTR has been changed. It should be replaced with new for best results.
