Re: ADF separator/reverse rollers crossover?
I've had them shred the same way with the "improved" belts as well.

Re: ADF separator/reverse rollers crossover?
thanks for the feedback
so does it pay to use the new modified belts?
per bulletin..NOTE:
With this part change, the material has been changed so as not to shift to one side easily
D684 2171
Being a much faster feeder i try not to improvise unless in a jam.Leave a comment:

Re: ADF separator/reverse rollers crossover?
I have put the A859 belts into those feeders when they have shredded the D541 belts. The "new" belts that start with D6 something I believe seem as able to shred as their predecessors.Leave a comment:

Re: ADF separator/reverse rollers crossover?
i saw mpc4503 SP DOC FEEDER had a bulletin for tearing feed belts and changed the belt.
I think for that fast doc feeder i might not use the thinner belt, but how bout the sep roller?Leave a comment:

Re: ADF separator/reverse rollers crossover?
a8592241 should be interchangeable with d5412241. I've used a859 in newer D541 machines but probably not done the other way around.Leave a comment:

Re: ADF separator/reverse rollers crossover?
I use A859 2241 sep roller
and A806 1295 belt
in every machine that they will fit in. Seems to work ok, they have a short life and need to be replaced often.Leave a comment:

ADF separator/reverse rollers crossover?
hi
I am curious on how many different sep rollers you guys keep in your tool bag.
I am pretty much using theA859 2241 from the mp6001 on most machines."mpc2800,mpc2551,mpc3002,mpc3003"
I know the feed belts are a bit different..
Anyone see ant issues or suggestions?
