          there is no need to private message me asking for me to send you this tool. if you are an authorized ricoh tech. then you can go onto the website and download it.... if you are not an authorized tech. then guess what.....

            Yes i'm an authorized ricoh tech... But i've never heard about it here. I learned it's in the firmware download site... I tried it last week. Sorry for the pm.... But i thought it was a kind of "experimental prototype only avaiable in the US"

                    my bad. just so many people trying to get stuff for free and not even an authorized tech.. i actually found it one day while looking at the main page on a specific model. and just clicked it because it got my attention. good luck. i hope it works well for you. so far seems very handy to me. though i think it should be called tech and not customer. as the customer has no business messing with what this does.

                      I just want update the latest firmware with mpc2004ex. any body updated for threes machine. different with mpc2503 series
