    No, and I tried downloading the driver again and re-installing it. I will call them later and ask them to try a different port on the router

      how recently did you update the firmware? and did you use the ALL package? ricoh is currently having firmware issues and recommends not using the ALL package for firmware updates. just thought i would add that in.

        They don't offer a Package f/w for this model.

          I called this customer while I was on my lunch break on my course, the customer texted me about 15 minutes later, it was a faulty port on the router, thank you so much for your assistance
