Have you tried simply disabling two-step authentication? Since the main problem is two-step authentication, there should be no problems or errors without it. Although there is always another option, you can change the phone from your account to a temporary phone from such a service quackr.io after that, you will need to write a small algorithm so that the fax or printer automatically takes the code from the source. I'm not sure of course that such a thing can be implemented at all, but with the right desire, I'm sure everything can be done.
