Hello all,
i have a Mp c 3000 printing horizontal black lines equal spaced when printing.However, when I make a copy it works fine without any problem.
attached here a sample of the printed paper.

UPDATE:
I showed the print sample to my venerable boss, (he also has more than 30 years of experience), according to him it could still be the laser, because the difference in resolution between copy and print could make the evidence misleading, perhaps from a certain resolution up there is a problem in the laser diode controller that if you feel the problem, try to print something at the lowest resolution available, but let us know! this strange problem has intrigued me

Great catch.. didn't even think about resolution ratio between copy/print!

Run the color calibration under Maintenance, you can print a color page in each resolution to see if it only does it at certain resolution.
