Without looking at the bulletins mention..Did you clean the upper guide on the fuser entrance. It will collect toner and during double sided printing 11X17 the paper will come in contact with the non fused toner and leave marks. Just wipe the entrance guide to see if that is the case. Had this more as a issue than any fuser motor speed problem.

That guide should be checked and "scraped clean" on every call.
If NOT that caked toner can scratch the roller and cause jamming too.

Not that one..the entrance frame itself will collect toner on it. It will stay non fused and will leave marks until its wiped cleaned.

It is fuser motor. Bulletin was issued on it.

Sorry, not a bulletin. It is in global knowledge base. I had same problem. All paper works but 11x17 smears. I copied from global knowledge base and put on share drive. I think company wide we had about 3 machines with similar and replaced motors on all to fix. Here is link to share drive
