try to Initialize the address book data in SP5-846-050 and the user SP5-832-006. If you can also check or format the hard disk, update the firmware (if you are a technician), last resort replace the controller.

The machine was working but you gave me a message after the reboot I restarted and before it finished I got it started

That code is listed as a "TPM electronic authentication error". Two fixes listed in the Goose's Guide.

1-reload firmware
2- replace controler

When the machine is ready after boot if the operator turns it off from the main switch
without pressing the auto-off button on the keyboard (right side) the NAND flash
memory on the controller could be damaged and originate the code SC878.

operating button is not lit or flashing. If the machine is turned off
from the main switch while the LED is on or flashing it could
damage the hard disk or flash memory.
