hello i had smurge copy issue in customer place i change fuser unit recently form 4502 in used machine but i have same issue but i checked the fuser with another 4502 machine its working good any suggestions???? is there any setting in service mode

Your photo is a little hard to see but it looks to me like either you are printing on thick paper without the correct settings so after 1 copy you are getting a ghost image on the next page because of the fuser. If you're using thick paper i like to set it to Thick 2 and print from the bypass.
If your paper settings are fine and its just regular 20lb plain paper, and your fuser and drum are fine, then you most likely have a bad DV unit and your toner is not adhering properly and is going to the next page.Comment
