Ricoh Pro C5100S PCU/No Lubricant Error

I'm new here. Fairly new to my Savin/Ricoh Pro C5100S. I got an error that said "No lubricant. Replace Cleaning Unit for Photoconductor Unit."
I purchased a new coating bar and PCU Cleaning unit. I can't seem to fing any guidance on where the coating bar is located and what I need to do.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks!

I would not advise trying to work on a Production color machine if you are not trained or at least have a service manual and experience with Ricoh color MFP.

Lub bar are inside the pcu cl. unit. take some skills to work on this model, agree with Slimslob.

though i haven't worked on the pro 5100, i have worked on the pro 5200. and i totally agree with what everyone else has said. this really is something that should be worked on by a trained ricoh tech. i spent a week in training on this model. and from my experience the drum cleaning unit, as you described, is one of the parts i replace the most often.

yeah the pro5200 i spent a week rebuilding that fuser. between trying to take care of my other calls and the rebuild. oh my goodness what a chore. and whatever you do don't mix up the screws, bad bad baddddddd. that was the biggest thing they emphasized in training, don't not put the screws in the wrong location. 11 different screw types on one stinking fuser.... you would think all the years in business they could come up with easier rebuilds for any of the parts on these machines.

Truth... The newest one (Pro 5300/ IM C6500) they significantly simplified the Fuser

That's what i saw in the online update training. I have not seen one of the Pro C5300's yet, but that will be a welcome change.

THE op IS A NON-TECH.. HE DOESN'T HAVE THE SKILLS NEEDED.

he has to replace the lube bar before resetting the count.

you have commented on nearly ALL ricoh threads and you comments have been: late/wrong.
