    your response reminds me of this:
    if i do a job in 30 minutes, it's because i spent 10 years learning how to do that in 30 minutes. you owe me for the years, not the minutes.

    but on another note ricoh is usually hopefully with things of that nature. i have found that the option to text them is usually the fastest way to get a response.
    but i agree that person should contact their ricoh rep.

      For years my Ricoh regional was always an email away.
