Good news, I found the issue is with the developer roller. It had a horizontal line of gook that caused the developer "brush" to stick up and clump dev powder. I wiped it across with a dry paper shop towel until the roller appeared clean. I will post test prints and more details later.

Thank you all for your help and support in resolving this issue!

For some reason your rebuilded drum unit is bad. Replace with another better OEM, problem solved.

I don't understand why you don't look at the repetitive defect gauge in the manual.

two different drum units are making the same print defect.

However if you have white lines on the prints & have replaced the PCU the lines are most likely caused by the magenta developer unit.

You can confirm this by separating the drum & dev units then rotate the dev unit & check the roller is evenly coated.

    Thanks for your reply.
I was thinking it was the foam roller on the pcr on the original unit.
The new (rebuilt) unit from NA Trading made the that print defect.

Developer looks ok. But suspect it may be the issue.

Thank you all for your responses!
(Image's were too large so I shrunk them down to upload. Thanks for the info on that)
I do not have the service manual for this model but I may be able to get a copy to look up the defect distances.
The developer roller coating looks normal and smooth.
I wonder if a developer gear is jumping? The marks are identical.

The CQ lines and voiding happen when I use the scanner or the printer. Not able to load images for some reason.
    Thanks for your help.
