Try opening the front door while printing and checking if the correct image to be printed is on the drum surface, also check the developing roller surface if it is well impregnated with toner. A look at the electrical connections where the drum cartridge connects to the machine.
I did stop test there is image on the drum with normal density.it appears to be a transfer issue.and it is the same with copies and prints.genuine toner and not damp paper. I replaced the drum connector board because the help desk suggested it. I am not familiar with this model I was just wondering if anyone has run into this issue on this Model.

Well now you have narrowed the field.. concentrate on transfer...
Roller holders cracked
Wires disconnected
Belt not lifting etc
It looks like an ECOSYS M3540 or M3645. We haven't particularly experienced transfer issues on that model, but it's certainly possible.
Can you get into service mode to print an Event Log?
=^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
Have you cleaned the LED array above the drum??
common problem on this model. Usually one side is voided or light.
Do you have a sample you can upload?
I went back with powerpack advised by helpdesk.
And before i had to tear the whole machine apart to get to it.I removed the transfer roller to inspect it,and when I reinstalled it the copies were back to normal.I don't know if it was a bad electrical connection or the roller was not rotating. But it is working.
