    mpc5502 fuser set clicking

i thought there was a firmware update for the "clicking" the fuser makes when its setting in place on startup.. I have the latest FW so i thought..
is there another fix? or i just dont have the latest FW for the machine,
if i dont does someone have it? i can get it from,
    thanks

Lube the bearings with high-temp grease.

Is it a loud 3x clicking sound like gears slipping? if so as you say update the firmware then set the fuser pressure timing with SP1151-004 to 800.

In addition to the firmware update there was also a change in the fusing sleeve.

There was also a problem with the pressure roller gear causing a clicking noise. May need to replace the gear with newer style.
