[Misc] Printer options not available in 3503/6003

I got few rebuild MPC machines 6003/3503/3504/6004.
In this machines printer option is not available at all.
Even if I go to ACC screen only copy option is displayed.

Any setting required in SP mode? OR is firmware update required.

Please suggest

Most likely these machines have had a fiery installed, remove the additional LAN card if it has one.

Then you need to set a SP modes to enable the GW controller printing using SP5985 to 0 (external controller not installed)

If I'm not mistaken it could be an application to add to the home screen, have you tried to install them on the network or with usb?

SP 5985
[Device Setting]
NIC (Network) and USB capabilities are built into the GW controller. Use this SP
to enable / disable these features. In order to use the NIC and USB functions
integrated into the controller board, set these SPs to "1".

With a HDD missing on a Ricoh it will still print.

Machine doesn't enter in to SP mode at all, done factory reset also, 806182 + C doesn't work at all.

How did you perform a 'factory reset' if you can't enter SP mode?

That doesn't make sense. How did you perform reset without getting into service mode?

No worries.

I guess if he can't log in with to the regular SP he always has the factory SP mode to use.
