    Debs the genius.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

Yeah, I figured that out when I replaced a SOP and then my Streamline didn't work anymore.

We have finally received the printers, and also purchased the VM Card Type M37 cards.

I'm stuck at this point: Installation Procedure

The printer isn't to anything when I'm inserting the card into the slots, also won't find any installation on the cards. Is there anything I'm doing wrong? Or does these cards needs to be installed first? I thought they are already installed. Also memory is upgraded from 2GB to 4GB.

Hope anyone can help me further with this. Thanks in advance.

Check SP5730 and see if the Java is switched on. You should then see Extended Features in User Tools.

Your "Installation Procedure" is missing a very important step, the first one. Any insertion or removal of an SD card into either of the service slots must be done with the power OFF. Failure to do can destroy the SD Card and in the case of the VM card will also damage the controller PCB.
