If looking at his location he means The Barbados, it is a UK crown colony in the West Indies and therefore like Canada would be Ricoh-NA not Ricoh-EU.Comment

ok maybe this is just something i haven't heard of.... what is Octopus? for ricoh anything i use the tsrc site as well as the rfg-esource site. or i log into the ricoh learning site.Comment

Ricoh-EU. I think it is their new site that sounds similar to what TSRC and rfg-esource provides with Ricoh-NA.Comment

Octopus is the replacement site from my-ricoh it's much better links to office 365 so no passwords you can setup for any model automate notifications so you are always up to date with RTB'S firmware etc the leaning site of it is not on there I think that will be a new separate site I also think it's going to be worldwide that what it says on my ricohRegards Mark
