    Missing Airprint

    We have a new(to us) machine in the field and we seem to be missing airprint from the network section of the configuration

    Machine is a MPC4503, firmware is current.no airprint.JPG

      It does not have its own firmware airprint is standard on that machine but best if all firmware is up to date but you also make sure certificate is advise in user tools common problem

          Certificate is installed, the menu where you would turn airprint on/off and set its name is missing.

              Are you accessing from a PC through WIM or from the Control Panel through User Tools? Does the C4503 have a Normal Operation Panel or a Smart Operation Panel?

                  Normal Panel WIM access, I am not aware how to see airprint settings from the panel

                      I had asked because there are some thing that can only be set form WIM and others that can only be set from the control panel. There even some that can only be changed from the Service Program.

                              I don't think you can see it do you want airprint to work just setup correctly with latest firmware

                                  First update the package firmware then any modules that are newer than the .pkg.
