Hi,
Placed a IMC3000 last week at an customer.
Installed and checked the printing from an PCL6 driver, looked allright
However, the next day there was a complaine when PDF jobs were printed coming from "Bluebeam" software
Jobs coming herefrom took a long time to process, holding and blocking the other jobs coming from Word and others . . .
Customer had to swith off and on the printer for continuing the other jobs to come out.
What I noticed is that this problem occurs when the files are large and coming from the Bluebeam software.
So I installed an Postscript M37 unit and changed the driver into the Ricoh IMC3000 PS driver.
This seemed to work for a day, but customer called again for the problems, despite for M37 and PS driver. . ..
Someone known about such a problem in combination with PDF's printing.
I am not familiar with this Bluestream software, so what goes wrong here . .
Any advice is appreciated, thanks in advance
Gr George
