Have you got plan paper loaded in one of the trays & made it available for APS ?

If I remember correctly, it happens when the machine does not reach the right level of adjustment due to, for example, an imminent running out of toner (more usual) or even one of the developers.

This could be the reason. I will check all the devolper
????? units as well as the inks and try again, then I will inform you of the result. Thank you very much for your help.
