    That's quite a version jump indeed, are you shure that's system/copy and not m2a_system? My package is version 15.00 that was up to date @decemeber 2021 - the MFP itself came on market around 2015. It's most likely that the Ricoh Update tool does not always use the latest firmware until it has been proved "save to use". I have a separate FW set for the cheeta system from march 2022 but I think the thread starter does not have the technical background to handle the stuff properly, especially if the update goes sideways due to false handling.

      In the past package firmware did not always include the latest release of every module. It seemed that a module update had to have been out for at least a week for it to be included in the new package.

        Thanks I googled a lot for the latest firmware and Richo Octopus is denied I wonder where I can get that package. If anyone can send me zip file for it I would be grateful.

          I tired the tool it said I have the latest firmware. I can't imagine that

              Gift provided the firmware version list from 2021 and yours all matched, so it's not that old.
              If you're missing Apps, then they've been previously removed / deleted, and firmware Update will NOT restore them, that's a different process all together.
              And the original Operating system looks no different than the newest version so I have no idea what you were talking about earlier in the thread.


              If you can't get on your network now, that's on you!
              F/W will not resolve that, because it was working, so you've changed a setting that has disabled the NIC.
              As the saying goes....."a little information can be a dangerous thing".

              If you're still going to continue to beg for the latest F/W. Copier tech has offered it to you ......TWICE!

                So no way To fix my machine . Now I no longer can connect it to network . Plz help
                Oh it's broken now That's news to me, first he needed an update for some crappy/unimportant apps and features and now he needs to update because there's no network connection possible.
                Tomorrow an update might be neccessary because flames are blazing out of the DF.


                I'm really not a fan of selling FW / documentation here as a side hussle but in this case I actually think you should get in touch with copier tech. If you guys can accomplish what you are looking for he shurely has earned himself every single penny and probably needs a vacation afterwards LOL

                  Thanks I got my network back ,there was a conflict ip . But I wonder Why there is no real help . Should I pay for that. If someone has the file can upload it to any site and I download it. I'm from Egypt and It is hard for me to pay. Beside I believe real tech Help on forums shouldn't be paid We always learn and got experiences from forums . It has never been a market. Sorry but I'm really disappointed.

                    It's not about money - I share this point of view btw.

                    From my experience every user with a certain forum history and useful posts gets help, firmware and manuals - even if he's not around for ages. See, "money" isn't the only thing that counts as "contributing".
                    Based on the stuff you wrote I'm afraid this totally unnecessary update might cause more probs than benefits - be happy that the MPC306 works totally fine and forget these APP gadges, tempering with the software ist just not worth the risk and effort.

                      Thanks for your reply. There is a real problem with my recent firmware. For example since I bought it I can't print from usb storage device because when I connect it I got a message that it is already connected but no way to use it because it isn't shown in panel or through printer or scanner to save files in . I tried different usb sticks but no way. I also watched a video to check through sp mode if it is enabled or not and it was enabled. I have 2016 firmware I can't imagine that . And I still google everyday for solutions but...

                        That can be a pain in the ass. I think there might be settings in administrator mode that can lead to prevent using the USB slot for printing/scanning.

                            There is a major difference between providing providing help to other actual technicians and providing products. Items like parts, manuals, software and firmware are products. If an authorized dealer were to give you company proprietary information like firmware and the company were to find out,m they could loose their dealership which could cost them thousands a month in new sales.

                              Ok Thanks. But I spent last days googling for answers. I found some information which say that without hdd there is no way to use usb storage devices or upgrade firmware. When i checked my device storage It was only about 7 giga and I know that the machine supposed to have 320 giga hdd so I removed the cover with doubts that I have no hdd. I was suprised to find it exist. I remover it and connect it to pc to check if it ok or not but I recevied the message in the photo and it is unallocated what should I do.Screenshot 2022-05-21 121540.jpg

                                It is not allocated for Windows. The base OS for the MP C306 is not Windows. You need a software that can read and diagnose a raw drive without erasing anything already there.
