We can print when we give the IP we gave to the machine to the switch. Likewise, we can log in to the Ricoh interface. (Web Image Monitor) But we don't know the username and password. We type admin as the username and leave the password blank and we get an error. That's why I want to scan using FTP over the IP and switch we have assigned. I know it's very confusing and bad
at this point it's quicker to send you this video than to explain the procedure, may work on that model too.
when it asks you leave the password for "supervisor" blank

We had previously performed an installation via FileZilla. I wanted to edit it again and add it in case it might be useful to say this.

try to use this, I've never used it, but I've heard people here say it works.

How can I scan to a folder?

Hello everyone. I have a Ricoh 7502 model machine. I want to use the scanning feature. I used it before, but after formatting my computer, reconfiguration was required. My computer guy has now closed his business and we are not in the same city. My settlement is a bit small and I am having problems getting technical support. Could you please tell me step by step what I need to do?
Working...
