SC672-11 appear at customer place. Already change controller, panel, hard disk. After a month, it appear again. Bring back to office for further repair. But when turn it on at office, machine doesn't show that code. Already test it for a week. Any help on what cause SC672-11?

One more thing, did some reading on buletin, "This RTB has been issued to announce the firmware release information for the LegacyUI" saying it not available thru RFUT. But this buletin from 2017. Is current RFUT able to update this?

No the Legacy app is not included in the remote firmware update for the MP C3003Zsp model with the cheetah panel. I assume this is your model ?

Best way to resolve this intermittent error is to update the package, all romdata files & all APPs via SD card.

Which operation panel do you have?

1. The Normal or Legacy panel has a numeric entry panel plus additional keys to the right of the touch screen and the function keys to the left
2. The Smart Operation Panel, no numeric entry panel

The bulletin is mainly a reminder that the two different panels require different firmware for most of the modules. DO NOT MIX OR YOU ARE ASKING FOR TROUBLE.

sometimes, rfut dont update all firmware module, sc672-11 indicate that there is a controller power-up problem from standy by weak up, after you have changed all those parts, try to change a power supply, could be defective.
you can also try to change sp 5-191-001 (shift to power save mode on/off) to disable controller power save mode...with a last beach

Already change power supply. No code after a week testing. Finger cross that the code won't appear anymore.

In the country where I am, the current is too annoying and this damage occurs constantly.
If you are lucky enough that when you change the controller or the hard drive it responds well, update the firmware immediately and set the energy saving to 240, emphasize the correct shutdown, have them wait the time that appears on the screen to disconnect if they do so,
Now, the following has happened to me:
The company engineer installs the machine by plug and play and that creates the WSD port slowing down all printing,
So-and-so blames the machine because the prints do not arrive and turns off the machine from the cable to turn it back on and then the printing does come out... it is said over and over again to install by IP and driver downloaded from Ricoh Global but...

Also check the power outlet, change location, see if there is a stabilizer etc.
