    [Error Code] IM2500 SC552-02

Hi, IM2500 having SC552-02. I check manual, only have SC552-05 and 06, which say thermopile dirty. I tried change fusing, check thermostat whether it short or not, clean thermopile, change another thermopile and try reset using fuse but the code still appears. As if machine try to warmup and the code pop up again. I check temperature at SP Mode during it try warm up, at most, the heat center only reaches max 117 degree celsius.

    Any help?

Did you fit a new complete fuser unit ?

You have an issue with the edge thermopile.

try to tear down the 2 termostat, and check continuity with multimeter, or keep near to your ears, and shacking in dont do a tichking sound, are snapped....if so, you can hit a table hard multiple times, they should reset

Yes, I try swap new fuser.
I don't have extra thermopile, try with MP5055 thermopile, can fit, but the part number is different, still same error.

Already check thermostat using multimeter, no short circuit

the termostat must be short (closed) in normal condition

anyway could be a psu that have a power transistor stucked in on

Wasn't if using multimeter, continuity mode, if it makes beep sound means it good?
I'm guess either BCU or PSU, but I don't other board to test it
