pull down the transfer belt and do a thorough cleaning, how many pages did it produce?

SC440-01	D	Transfer output abnormal (voltage leak detected)
When the transfer voltage was output, the feedback voltage remained higher than 4V for 60 ms.
• Transfer current terminal, transfer power pack disconnected, damaged connector • Transfer power pack defective
• Remove the transfer unit • Inspect the terminals at the front and rear • Replace transfer power pack

it would be interesting to have more information, it could be the consumables to throw away, however, I would start by pulling down the transfer unit, and give it a good clean, there could be the power pack buried by the toner, then I would visually check the contacts, and the lifting handle , which is not set upside down

Has the transfer belt ever been changed? THe recommended replacement is 600K.

Wait.. you have machine with million count and won't consider changing consumable part throwing a code

sorry, the transfer belt has been replaced to 760000 copies by the old technician who managed the machine and it was not reported in the maintenance sheet

print or copy with the front door open, blocking the switches and check the passage of the paper and whether at the moment of blocking the sheet is printed well or not.Have you tried with different tests ?????

Had this problem in a kitchen area that had high humidity. Set the paper type to thick and it worked..The issue turned out that the paper was too wet..BTW..I replaced the whole transfer unit with a new one and it still had the problem before I removed the wet paper

try to check/clean all metal HV conctact that touch the voltage point, and try to cover (for test) the HV cable and connector with inusating tape....the only way will be try to change the eintere group with one pick up from another machine, but seem of know that you havent
