        Check the laser ribbon connectors on the BICU, it's possible for them to get a bit mangled when you take the BICU cage off.
        It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

                    Have you tried and swap the operation panel before digging in to all these components? I'm not shure if swapping the laser might require some SP adjustments.

                        sc240-02 = laser cyano, error

                        check carefully that no hidden harness cables behind some board, are left disconnected , or any "flats" damaged
