[Dead] Ricoh MP C2503 does not detect any toner

Hello, I have a Ricoh MP C2503 that has had its EEPROM and NVRAM changed and now it does not detect any toner cartridge, neither new nor old, could you help me? Thank you.

Why has it had the nvrams changed?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

you should upload the data contained in the birth certificate and then firmware

the nvram data could not be copied because there was an error in the data

The machine is blocked with the screen to insert the toners? The errors are in the old nvram, you have to copy the data of the sheet on the new ones. Have you updated the firmware? Also performed a clear memory?
            OEM toners?

Do you even know what that birth certificate is? It is a sheet of paper that has all the non default settings made at the factory. It is sent with every machine as each can be different. It should be kept with the machine.

You should still be able to get into SP mode. Change SP 3100-001 to 1 which turns off toner end detection.

                    I am confused.

The device is not detecting toner at all. How is turning toner END detection helping?

it is to skip the error and proceed with more in-depth tests

We are starting to run into this issue more and more lately. Check the contacts on the toner bottle chip. Don't know what exactly is going on and if it's related to COVID and chip shortages but loads of new genuine sealed toners either have a new style blue chip as opposed to the regular green chip or a green chip that seems to be recycled because you can clearly see it's not new and the chip contacts are contaminated
