            mumble...mumble....ok, board ok, pcdu ok, on another machine..
            maybe some contact sheet between pcdu and wiring, on the back behind the board

              I forgot.....try stopping the machine during printing, and check the image on the drum as it is, if it is ok, some spring or part from the transfer roller may have come off.

                How about a full page scan of the problem? You have a full page scanner right in front of you, why the hell did you have to take useless cell phone pictures?

                              It would seem like you have a high voltage charge leak occurring between the high voltage board and the PCU or the transfer and separation unit.

                              If you have changed and tested the PCU and the high voltage board then I would recommend getting some sort of rubberizing paint or plastic paint and neatly painting the plastic blocks that the metal charge wires travel through. Also try changing the transfer and separation unit.
