A Ricoh printer, model MP C2503, won't connect to the network after a new router/modem was installed by a new ISP. The printer is connected via a cable through a power line. I have tried the following the remedy the issue without success:
What could be the issue here?

A Ricoh printer, model MP C2503, won't connect to the network after a new router/modem was installed by a new ISP. The printer is connected via a cable through a power line. I have tried the following the remedy the issue without success:
- Assign a new IP (both DHCP and static), gateway, DNS and subnet to adhere to the new network
- Assigned a static IP outside DHCP range
- Disabled DHCP on the router and assigned static IP's to 2 computers and the printer. The computers can ping each other but none can ping the printer. On the printer itself every ping except for its loopback 127.0.0.1 fails.
- DNS always fails to resolve (using gateway and 8.8.8.8)
- I've attempted a memory clear through Service Mode but it didn't fix the issue
What could be the issue here?
