Not that I've ever heard of , and that report is no different than any Tx report on every Ricoh machine that I've dealt with in the last 25+ years

that image is only used to associate the transmission report with the actual document transmitted, I think that if they had made it bigger, a horde of customers would have complained about the excessive toner consumption
at most I seem to remember that it can only be removed...if I remember correctly

check your orientation settings. we have been seeing with the new IM 370 similar issue when if the user faxes the document LEF it will rotate the image on the receiving end 90 degrees. we had to change the default for the fax option to 8.5x11 SEF and image orientation to the unreadable direction setting

as stated, the only change is you can turn it on or off.

When you send a fax you are standing there with the original in hand. Just make a copy of the first page and staple that copy to the report. The report is merely a confirmation as to whether or not the fax was sent without error. If an error occurred the report will indicate what it was.

You can always set the MP305 to send the report to a folder or as an email. Then you can enlarge the viewed pdf to your heart's content.
