Worked for 10k after replacing the ID sensor? You might now have a dirty ID sensor. Clean it with a camera lens brush. Do not vacuum as that can cause static which will destroy the sensor.

Are you getting a lot of toner scattering? You may be having problems with the development unit toner suction system. The hose from the development unit down to the suction pump might be clogged or otherwise restricted or the suction pump could be bad. Replace both with new, not ones taken from another machine.

I did replace the ID sensor with a new one, its all clean, no toner spillage anywhere. I also cleaned the pipe and there was hard toner in there but that did not resolve the issue, I did not replace the suction pump though, will order a new one and let you guys know the outcome.

That is a toner supply pump not the toner suction, however, I did replace the supply pump with a new one.

                Sorry, my bad.

I thought that might *not* be it because, in my experience, usually when that pump fails I get toner dusting and dirty prints.

                Have a nice weekend!

Update: I have replaced the suction pump and 15k copies later still running perfectly. Thanks everyone!
