    SC 672-00

Hi, I have a problem with mpc2004ex and mpc3004ex. On both devices there is sc-672-00 code. I changed control panel, usb cable and I also removed hdd but the problem is still there. Any solutions?

Try a firmware update if this won't start or fails replace the controller board.

Well since you have already replaced the Control Panel and the USB cable going to the control panel, that leaves the other end of the USB cable. Try replacing the controller.

it can be easily the cheap usb cable , try to change or press with a little pliers the connector to improve the grip

however if I remember correctly on that series there is a row of LEDs on the controller, which turn on and off, depending on their status, you can diagnose what the controller sees. there is a bulletin on this, for interpret the sequence, but now I'm home... maybe there is also on manual, but I saw it on a bulletin
